The Registration Fee includes

  • All registrations must be made on the official conference.Registration Form accompanied by full payment of registration fees. Your registration will be confirmed in writing after receipt of your completed form and payment. If acknowledgement has not been received within 10 working days please contact The Conference Organiser.
  • All prices are in Australian dollars. Cheques or drafts must be in Australian currency, drawn on an Australian bank and be free of all charges. Faxed registration forms are acceptable only if payment is made by credit card. Please also telephone to confirm your faxed registration has been received.

  • Cancellation Policy: Requests for refunds must be made in writing, mail or email. Refunds will be paid less a 30% administration fee if received before 20 August. No refunds will be paid after this date however substitute delegates will be welcome at no additional charge.Notification of substitute delegates must be made
in writing to the Conference Organiser. Any applicable refunds will be made after the conference.
  • Certificates of attendance will be issued before the close of the conference

  • By electronic funds transfer/net banking:
    1. Send payment to the ASTSS account
