Membership
Membership is open to people in the fields of health, welfare, education, emergency services and associated disciplines who have a special interest in the issues of trauma and stress. Included are people in private practice, the public sector, industry and tertiary educational institutions. 

Members of the Society receive preferred enrolment in limited participation activities plus reduced registration fees to all forums. The quarterly newsletter, Australasian Traumatic Stress Points, provides information on activities within Australasia and internationally, and updates on publications, research projects and topics of interest in the field. Membership provides linkage to people throughout Australasia. 

Members are expected to support the objectives of the Society as expressed in the Constitution.
