SOUTH AUSTRALIAN Chapter RESEARCH AWARD
The South Australian ASTSS Chapter award for academic excellence for 2004 went to Thomas J Nehmy of the Psychology Department, Flinders University. Thomas completed his Masters Degree in 2004 and the award was for his paper: "Predicting children's early responses to Trauma: a brief longitudinal evaluation of acute PTSD symptoms".

Dr John Raftery and Dr Marie O'Neill presented the award certificate and a cheque for $250 at the departmental colloquium on Friday September 9th.
