ASTSS Research Awards reward academic excellence in research in the traumatic stress field. They are designed to acknowledge and encourage relatively new researchers in the area. The Awards are open to students, practitioners and researchers, up to and including recently completed PhDs, or other professional doctorates (no more than 2 years post-completion), who have completed a study in the area of traumatic stress. Applications for the Research Award are available online at www.astss.org.au
ACOTS awards two prizes to students who present at the conference. To be eligible you must attend the conference and present either a paper or poster. $250 will be awarded for the best paper and $100 for outstanding poster.
