There will be opportunities for some skills-based learning in several illustrative cognitive, behavioural and relapse prevention strategies. The workshop will provide an opportunity for participants to reflect on how their personal beliefs can facilitate working with recurrent depression, ways to model hope and promote clients’ understanding of the dialectic of acceptance and change.
