DocumentsDate addedFrom the Editorial: This Spring edition of Stress Points rides on the shirttails of the ASTSS 2006 Conference in Adelaide. It was a rich and lively three days, with a feast of new research and eminent traumatologists. Therefore, we’ve attempted to present a taste of those three days with: the Media Award, DART’s coverage of Associate Professor Elena Newman’s keynote address, the Australian Centre for Posttraumatic Mental Health’s guidelines for trauma treatment, Day One’s Concurrent Session, "ASD and PTSD in Children: Assessment and Treatment", and asking both international keynote speakers three questions about the future of trauma treatment and research. Inspired by the conference venue, we also speak with Katy Richmond about deinstitutionalization. The eJournal Stress Points - evolved from a quarterly newsletter sent to members from 2002 to 2005.
