ASTSS Workshop Cancellation Policy

ASTSS understands that sometimes things come up that prevent you from attending a workshop you have paid for. Therefore, in accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission guidelines, ASTSS has adopted a transparent cancellation policy with respect to refunds or transfer of registration to another person. Cancellation of registration for a workshop, seminar or other professional gathering, is required in writing no less than 30 days prior to the commencement date of the event. Such a cancellation will incur a $30 cancellation fee for administrative duties. If cancellation is requested less than 30 days before the event, there is no refund provided. However, a registrant can transfer their registration to another person who has not previously registered for the event, up to 3 days prior to the event.
